Procurement:
We source high-quality raw pigeon peas directly from reliable farmers and agricultural partners, ensuring traceability and consistent quality from the very beginning.
Cleaning & Pre-Cleaning:
The raw material undergoes a multi-stage cleaning process that removes dust, stones, immature grains, and other foreign particles using a combination of air, gravity, and sieve-based equipment.
Dehulling & Splitting:
The cleaned pigeon peas are then dehulled (removal of the outer skin) and split to produce toor Daal. This step is carefully controlled to maintain the natural nutrients and minimize breakage.
Polishing:
Based on market demand, we offer both unpolished and polished Daal. Our polishing process gives the Daal a clean, appealing look while preserving its taste and quality.
Grading & Sorting:
To ensure uniformity, the Daal is graded by size and colour. Optical sorters are used to detect and remove discoloured or defective grains, ensuring only premium-quality Daal reaches the packaging stage.
Packaging:
We pack the processed Toor Daal in food-grade, moisture-proof bags to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. Packaging is available in bulk (30-Kg) and retail sizes (1-kg/5-kg) to meet various market needs.
